Poly Cystic Ovaries
PCOS causes irregular periods and can potentially lead to infertility in women. A lot of women get confused between the two often use terms PCOD V/S PCOS. I have been suffering from PCOS from last two years, with lot of practice my periods have finally regulated and its a win for me! Yoga has definitely proved to play an important role in preventing and controlling PCOS.
The asana’s mentioned in our post have a focus on the groin/core area. These will help you increase circulation in this area and will also regulate the adrenal gland secretions, which will help you in controlling PCOS.
